Laura's Day on a Plate

Steph and I both wanted to share what an average day on a plate looks like for us. Sometimes with our work this may change as we can't always control the catering but this is a rough guide. If you would like to see Steph's day on a plate click here.

Breakfast:

Omelette with 2 eggs, 1 egg white, 1 cup of spinach, ¼ cup of peas and smoked salmon.

OR Healthy Pancakes

OR If I feel like something refreshing I will have an Acai Bowl

Snack 1:

Handful of almonds and some berries

Lunch:

Leafy green salad with apple cider vinegar, lemon juice and olive oil dressing with tuna or 2 boiled eggs and ¼ of an avocado.

Snack:

Veggie sticks and Homemade Hummus

Dinner:

Fish Fingers with Veggies

OR Healthy stir fry with chicken or salmon and veggies

OR Zoodles with Bolognese or Meatballs

After dinner:

Peppermint tea

A few pieces of 90% dark choc if I have a sweet craving after dinner

OR on a special occasion a piece of our Matilda Choc Mud Cake
