Creamy Chocolate Nice-Cream

    Who needs ice-cream when you can have nice-cream?! This recipe is perfect for nights spent on the couch watching Netflix. All you need is a blender!

  • Step 1

    Place all ingredients, apart from the cacao nibs, into your blender, and blend on medium speed for a roughly 10 seconds. Stop the blender, then scrape down the sides and continue blending.

  • Step 2

    Continue blending until everything is emulsified well. Taste and make sure there is no more sweetness you need. If it is too bitter, add a little more coconut cream or sweetness to taste. Serve immediately before it melts, and sprinkle with cacao nibs and any other desired toppings.

  • 300  grams
    frozen banana
  • 3  tbsp
    coconut cream
  • 1  tsp
    vanilla essence
  • 2  tbsp
    cacao powder
  • 1  tbsp
    honey
  • 2  tbsp
    cacao nibs
