    Anyone who knows Steph knows she’s a fiend for peanut butter. This delicious smoothie is her go-to for nourishing her body after a tough workout.

  • Step 1

    Super simple, ladies! Add all the ingredients into a blender and blend for 60 seconds. Serve and enjoy!

    almond milk
  • 1  tbsp
    peanut butter
  • 30  grams
    vanilla protein powder
  • 1  tbsp
    natural unsweetened yoghurt
  • ½  x
    frozen banana
